Service fee per order
The rate is set per retailer. For example: minimum AED 2 and maximum AED 20 per order, plus 5% VAT on the fee.
WhatsApp (Meta) charges
Meta charges for some message types, such as marketing templates. Set a monthly budget and see usage in your dashboard.

One balance for fees and payouts
Your wallet keeps fees simple and visible, with clear activity for every movement.

- Service fees are deducted as orders complete
- Keep a balance to keep taking orders. If it runs low, some features such as cash on delivery may pause until you top up
- Bank payouts are verified, and sensitive changes need you to sign in again

How is Peety priced?
Peety is priced around your orders: a service fee per order at a rate set for your store, plus Meta's charges for some WhatsApp messages. Exact terms are confirmed in your onboarding agreement.
Can I start with a free trial or sign up online?
Not at the moment. Accounts are created by the Peety team after a short onboarding. Book a demo and we will walk you through it.
Are WhatsApp message charges included?
No. Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages, such as marketing templates, at its published rates. Peety shows usage in your dashboard and lets you set a monthly budget.
How do I top up my wallet?
You can top up by card online, set automatic top-ups, or pay by bank transfer, which our team approves. Service fees are deducted from your wallet as orders complete.
Which currency and taxes apply?
Prices and fees are in UAE dirhams (AED). 5% VAT applies to the Peety service fee.
